Frito Layed

The always infamous, cleverly not yet famous Jeff Jingle directing his Frito's (or was it actually Dorito's?) spot at the studio.

Yvette Lopez Shoot

Had a photoshoot at my studio with Playboy Model Yvette for some new TV project she was working on.

Here are a couple behind the scenes shots.

R2D2 MAILBOX

Oh Yeah! This may be one of the coolest things I have ever seen. I almost crashed when I saw this. This is in downtown LA next to the Music Center. Appearantly this is a sanctioned USPS project and there are R2's all over the country. Really well done. I wanted to steal it (you know, for the collection), but it is a Federal Post Office Box so maybe that would be a bad idea! Enjoy!

POWER LINES

I saw these power line towers in Burbank while shopping for trees for a set I was building. I love the geometric shapes, and this was my favorite shot. You could actually feel static electricity when standing under the tower. Love the sign too.

ALAN BALL FILM

I had the fortunate opportunity to work with the very talented Alan Ball (American Beauty & Six Feet Under) on his new film "Nothing Is Private" I was asked to come in and photograph three actresses from the film as Playboy Centerfolds to be used in the movie. We had a great time, and Alan's people were a pleasure to work with.

Hollywood Icons

Here is a couple of my favorite signs in Hollywood. I shot the In and Out sign through my sunroof while in the drive thru getting a double double with grilled onions. The Safari Inn is the famous motel where they shot the movie TRUE ROMANCE. Best film of all time.

Dirty Old Movie Prop

I was driving back from a photo shoot in Laguna when I came across this chained to a Gun Store on PCH. This is an original MEGAFORCE movie prop car from the infamous 1982 action film starring Barry Bostwick. I loved this movie as a kid and it is so bad that it is not available on video. Damn good stuff!

Downtown Graffiti 2

Here is a couple more pics from Downtown LA. I really like this alley shot, and would love to do a fashion shoot here. The buildings are on 7th street, and are seen in a lot of feature films. Most recently MI3.

Downtown Graffiti

We were downtown scouting locations when I came across this amazing mural. I would like to do a whole project on grafitti because there is some amazing work in LA, but it seems like other photographers have covered this arena a ton already. I will post some more soon.

Time Warner Gig

Here are a few outakes from a 3 day event shoot I did for my friends over at TFS studios.

They created this amazing environment from empty rooms and a lawn and I documented it on film for the 3 hours each "setting" existed. Not my usual type of photography, but very satisfying none the less.

I went out with my good friends Rick, Damian, Lisa, and of course my lovely girlfriend Marissa :-)

Kelvin And Sherri

I just got back from Ojai for my friends Kelvin and Sherri's wedding. It was a beautiful event, and I really enjoyed Ojai.

Here is a link to all the ceremony pictures. Enjoy :-)

Wild in Hawaii

I went out to Hawaii at the request of Kylie Wilde. She needed some good images for her book, so she flew me out to Oahu to shoot some pics. It didn't take much to twist my arm! This image was one of my favorites. The sky was so purrfect, and there was nobody around for miles. We almost destroyed the rental Jeep on the rocks, but we made it out. I went and visited the plane crash set from Lost the next morning. Will post some pics soon.

WHO THE HELL AM I??

Well, guess I better jump on the blog bandwagon. I am a photographer living in LA. In this blog I hope to show you some of my fun images (the kind I don't make money on) I will post a bunch of stuff haphazard - much like my life, and out of chronological order.

Once I catch up and My Life = My Blog, then I will start posting only new stuff. Been a crazy past few years though so we will do some catching up first! :-) I hope you enjoy the show.

Picture: This is one of my old friends. She is a crazy Aussie named Monica Mayhem. We are great friends (but not as close as this picture suggests ;-)
